One of the great things about HHO conversion is that works equally well on gas and diesel vehicles. No-one is excluded from saving mega-bucks on gas. As stated, HHO conversion instructions are easy to come by and well set out nowadays. The benefits are 15% to 50% savings on gas, $2,000 back from the IRS, less pollution and a longer lasting engine.

The Basics of HHO Conversion Instructions

Apart from some electrical wire and hose, the critical elements of HHO car conversion are an electronic control unit, an HHO generator and a vaporiser. The entire system should cost no more than $150.

The vaporiser is very straightforward. It simply sits between the HHO generator and the vehicle’s carburetor. It is there to avoid any vapor entering the engine and thereby protects it. The cost should be around $10.

The electronic control unit can be placed wherever you like. Most people mount it on or below the dashboard for easy access and monitoring. Other folk stash it out of site in the engine well. They can be as sophisticated as you like. Some simply show the amps travelling through the water in the HHO generator and should allow you to regulate it. Others can be more sophisticated, giving you an idea of what mile per gallon you are achieving. Anticipate spending between $15 and $40.

The HHO generator is where all the action takes place. An electrode (or catalyst) is placed inside CPVC housing or similar. The housing, or casing, should be resistant to high temperatures, which is why CPVC is ideal. The electrode can be formed from a number of metals. The most common are stainless steel and platinum. Think about $50 to $80 for this component. You need to do your own research, via your manual, about whether you want a coil or flat catalyst.

Apart from your own personal preference regarding the electronic control unit, everything can be fitted into the car well of almost any vehicle. It is important to make the generator as accessible as possible because it will need replenishing with water every couple of hundred miles and will also need cleaning each two to three months. It should be easily detachable and cleaning should take no more than a couple of minutes.

HHO Conversion Instructions Manuals

HHO conversion manuals are easily obtained via the internet. Most are downloads and cost between $50 and $80. I actually found the downloads better than a bound book because it gave me the option to focus on the most relevant pages while doing my own conversions. Whether they are in color or not makes little practical difference.

Manuals on how to effect your own HHO conversion do vary in quality, but most are fine. All of them should have detailed instructions, good diagrams and a background explanation of the concepts of HHO technology.

More people seem to be interested in the do-it-yourself approach which costs under $150 than buying a pre-assembled kit costing around $5,000. And that makes sense, considering there is little difference in performance and anyone without the technical competence to build and fit their own can find a mechanic to do it for around another $150.

Hydrogen car kits are relatively straightforward to make and install. A manual is pretty essential, but the build is easy once you know how and have proper instructions to follow.

The essential element to produce hydrogen (or Brown’s gas) for automotive purposes is the catalyst. An electric current is passed through normal tap water and the catalyst splits the molecules into HHO, with hydroxy gas rising to the surface. This hydrogen gas is then fed to the carburetor where it is mixed with standard gasoline or diesel.

The results are significant. Most people with a hydrogen car kit report savings of between 15% and 40% on their gas bills. They also find that hydrogen is kinder on their engines, expanding their lives by up to twice what they would normally last for. They also find engine performance increased in acceleration and pulling power (torque).

Another interesting aspect of hydrogen car kits is government support for such projects. The IRS gives a rebate of $2,000 for each car fitted with a hydrogen kit. This shoots all the way up to $50,000 for a large truck or lorry over 50,000lbs. Anyone fitting a kit should retain all their receipts for materials, labor and their hydrogen car kit manual as proof of conversion.

Hydrogen car kits are 100% safe. No hydrogen is stored on board the vehicle. Rather, the hydrogen is drawn off from the converter on an on-demand basis. Basically, there is a housing containing the catalyst and about a quart of water which bubbles away, giving off hydroxy gas in small quantities to be fed direct to the carburetor.

All kits are small enough to be fitted within the engine well. They do not affect the normal running of the engine, in the sense that they can be dismantled, within minutes, at any time and the engine will resume its normal functioning. They need cleaning about once a month, but it is a quick and easy procedure.

Until a practical vehicle running solely on hydrogen or other form of alternative energy comes into mass production, it seems likely that kit sales will only increase. It is a shame that vehicle manufacturers are unwilling at present to include hydroxy gas as standard or as an option. But, that is the way of the world. It is left to individuals themselves to fit their own hydrogen car kit. At least it is cheap and easy.

to step back and take a good look at what we are doing to the environment? Lets do

our part. Our vehicles don’t have to pollute the air. We can all run our car, trucks, Suvs,

motorcycles…well you get the picture on Brown’s gas. We could save our way of life and

even make it better by doing this one simple thing. Brown’s gas is made from water and

turns back into pure clean water. This is instantly renewing water and makes gas last longer

so you can go farther on a tank of gas. Brown’s gas is mean to foreign oil prices.

What more could we ask for? This could be about as easy as it gets. Its like having your

proverbial cake and eating it too. Sure burning water sounds crazy, but what is water made

of? Two parts hydrogen and one part oxygen. These gases burn right? So need I say any

Do not get tricked into buying and expensive conversion kit, they sell on the internet for $900 to $1500 although they worth their value, you can find a system just as practical for a ridiculous low price, like I said before you can find a good conversion guide for about $150 that works just as efficiently.

The parts needed for the conversion are easy to find at your local hardware and auto-parts stores, it should not be more than $60. A good conversion guide will offer you easy step-by-step instructions and illustrations, easy enough for even a novice to follow.

Water Fuel Car Is Bubbling Away

Well, there are a few mad scientists running cars entirely on water, or at least the hydroxy gas produced by splitting water atoms. But for most ordinary mortals who want to increase their miles per gallon, the solution is a kit which acts as a fuel supplement to standard gasoline or diesel.

Because water is virtually free and kits so easy and cheap to make, a water fuel car has become a standard addition for more than 100,000 American car and truck owners already. All you need is a cell containing an electrolyzer, a bubbler, and an electronic component unit. All the parts are standard materials available from electric, plumbing and hardware stores. The total cost is less than $140.

Hydroxy gas is produced by passing an electric charge through the water at about 13 amps. The H2O converts to HHO by reaction with the catalyst. The hydroxy gas is then passed via a vapor catcher straight to the carburetor. The bubbler is there to stop any water vapor getting into the engine. It is all controlled by an electronic unit which is normally connected to the ignition system. It should allow control over operation and amperage.

Basically, the results produced are a gas (hydroxy) that is up to 10 times more efficient than normal gasoline. It is not that commonly known that 70% of gasoline burnt in modern cars is entirely wasted. Hydroxy, or Brown’s, gas is quite different.

All that is needed is a decent manual and possibly a mechanic for a couple of hours assistance, although most people can do it themselves.

Advantages of a Water Fuel Car

The miles per gallon on most cars and trucks is increased by 30% all the way up to 80%. That can represent huge savings depending on your mileage and the type of vehicle you own.

A water fuel car hybrid system is much easier on the engine, including the valves being naturally cleaned. Estimates suggest 100,000 extra miles on a diesel engine and 60,000 on a petrol engine.

Governments just love water fuel cars. The IRS offers a tax rebate of $2,000 to anyone willing to convert to hydrogen power. Make sure you keep all your receipts and your manual as proof.

While the car is much quieter than when running solely on gasoline, its performance is also significantly increased. Acceleration, power and torque are all improved.

The only byproduct of a hydrogen generator is water, making it totally environmentally friendly. No carbon emissions means less pollution.

But let’s face it, the point of major interest to most of us are those savings at the gas pump when you opt for a water fuel car.

Is HHO Gas a Scam?

The boffins are out in force and decrying HHO gas as a scam. I have yet to read one report from any of these doubters where they have actually tried the system and monitored it.

Their main beef is that the laws of thermodynamics state you can’t get free energy. And that is true. But it doesn’t mean that HHO gas a scam.

What they tend to overlook is that the production of HHO is achieved by passing electricity through water. So, how is electricity – the energy – produced in a standard car?

Well, by locomotive force. As the car runs along, the alternator produces power to recharge the car battery. So, although you have to power the vehicle, of course, this power which produces electricity is essentially free. Put it this way, it is a waste not to use it.

Secondly, the water used, although it is minimal, is entirely free. If you want to pedantic, yes, there is energy involved in producing safe tap water. But you can just as easily use rain water which has run off your roof and into a butt. Apart from the energy used to produce the butt, this is completely free.

So Where Is the HHO Gas Scam?

Because thirdly, it is a fact that HHO gas burns five to ten times better than standard gasoline.

What does that mean? It means that energy you have produced at more or less no cost is up to ten times more efficient than a fossil fuel which is currently selling at around $150 a barrel. That is a fossil fuel which expends huge resources and causes international disharmony. Its emissions are also very harmful to the environment, while, by the way, the only byproduct of HHO gas is H20, plain simple water.

It must be admitted that currently it is quite impracticable to run a car entirely on HHO, or hydroxy, gas. There are serious capacity issues involved in storing enough hydrogen on-board a vehicle. Plus there are critical safety issues with this idea.

But HHO gas kits produce hydroxy gas on demand. No hydrogen is stored. It is fed direct to the carburetor as it is made. It is true that currently it can only be an add-on to a gas or diesel powered engine, so you are still using a significant amount of gasoline or diesel.

But, you can still make savings of between 30% and 60% by combining HHO gas and petroluem. There is no HHO gas scam. With a decent manual ($50) and cheap materials ($100) you can start saving gas right now. You might want to factor in another $100 for the help of a mechanic if you are not that technically minded, but that is it.

I, personally, have already added HHO kits to more than a dozen vehicles which we worked out are saving my friends and family an average of about $60 each week. An HHO gas scam does not exist.
